With the business simulation game “IMPEX – Business Dynamics”, real-world management processes are trained in a hands-on simulation. It makes interdependencies, responsibilities, and interfaces between business functions visible and fosters a deep understanding of operational processes. The simulation is currently offered exclusively as an in-house program and requires a minimum of six participants.
